Use the CV builder to write your own CV. Don't try to break it. Your content stays yours. If you want to leave, export everything and delete — no questions asked.
01Using the service
By using this service, you accept these terms. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country (generally 16 or 18). If you're using it for an organization, you're telling us you have authority to do so on its behalf.
02Your content belongs to you
Everything you type — CV drafts, bullets, custom sections — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership, we don't republish it, and we don't use it to train AI or generate templates.
We ask for a narrow permission: display your content, store it between reloads, and process it via our AI provider when you explicitly click Rewrite. Nothing else.
03Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the service to create fraudulent or deliberately misleading CVs.
- Attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Scrape other users' content (everything is private — but please don't try).
- Resell the service as your own.
We reserve the right to close accounts that clearly violate this, but in practice we would email you first.
04Cancellation & export
The service is free, so there's nothing to cancel financially. To close your account: Settings → Account → Delete. Before doing so, we suggest exporting your data as JSON — one click, same place.
05No warranty
We try hard to keep the service running, accurate, and useful, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and we're not liable for indirect damages — for example if an export fails and you miss an application, we're sorry, but we can't compensate you financially.
We will however help you fix the export so you don't miss the next one.
06Changes to the terms
If we change anything material, we'll email all account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can delete your account before if you disagree. Minor clarifications may happen without notice, and will always be listed at the bottom of this page with a date.
